We are a group of therapists with a common goal of facilitating healing on all levels, using a variety of hands-on holistic modalities.
Upledger CranioSacral Therapy is central to our format, although we bring other modalities to our table work with clients. These include, but are not limited to: Visceral Manipulation, Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, NeuroMuscular Therapy, herbology, yoga, essential oils, and shamanic/visionary approaches.
We embody a number of spiritual perspectives, and we respect the place of spirituality in people’s lives. We appreciate the potential of positive change in people’s lives, which requires both attention/work and also playful curiosity.

Linda Bradak, LMT, CST-D
I am a magna cum laude graduate of Bryn Mawr College who worked as a public relations writer for 11 years, until the experience of surviving cancer changed my life. It sent me back to school in 1980 to learn how to cultivate, practice, and teach wholeness. I have been on that path ever since.
I have been involved with Upledger CranioSacral Therapy since 1987. I earned my Diplomate Certification from The Upledger Institute in 1997 and became a Techniques Level Examiner for UI in 2009. I am also a Certified Study Group Leader, a Certified Teaching Assistant, and a Certified Presenter for UI.
In 2006 I married and moved from New Jersey to Utah, where I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, though I work only in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Heart Centered Therapy. I am officially semi-retired and work just two days a week from my home, but I continue to take four or five classes yearly in the various hands-on curricula offered through the International Association of Healthcare Educators; I expect to do so all the rest of my life. The common link in all the techniques I use is the restoration of free movement: in tissue, in organs, fluids, energy, and emotions. Movement equals health, while restrictions signal dysfunction.
My passion is relationships, which expresses itself in my marriage, my connection with God and spirit, with friends and clients, with colleagues, and also in musical collaboration; I am an amateur bass clarinetist and delight in my musical opportunities here in Logan, Utah through groups at Utah State University. That means all the more to me since I only started playing in my mid-fifties. The point is, I love learning, growing, teaching, collaborating, and being of service to others, with others.
Lesha Krantz Nelson, OTR/L, CST, RYT
Hi! My name is Lesha Krantz Nelson and I am a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist with a special focus and education in Craniosacral Therapy. I have been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 2011 and certified as a therapist from the Upledger Institute in 2014.
I started my Craniosacral journey in 2010 when I had a session myself. Not only did it help me recover from an ankle injury, I had improved relaxation, decreased stress, and emotional well-being. I decided I needed to learn this amazing technique for my clients. I started taking classes around the country and opened my personal practice in 2012.
I have taken numerous classes specializing in pregnancy and birthing, newborns and pediatrics, immune system disorders, and brain/ head trauma and concussion. My graduate level education in Occupational Therapy provided me with extensive training in anatomy, kinesiology, movement analysis, and rehabilitation. In addition, I continue to study holistic nutrition and Ayurveda. In 2015 I became a registered yoga teacher and teach anatomy for a local yoga teacher training program. I am also a registered study group leader for the Upledger Institute.
I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and reside in the Millcreek Area. I love to spend my free time mountain biking, skiing, practicing yoga and Kalari, and hanging out with my husband and my dog. I have a passion for learning and I am constantly taking classes in a wide variety of subjects that I can incorporate into my practice to help my clients. If you have more questions about me please feel free to explore my personal website.
